The Welding Manufacture Line
Welding machine is used for welding metal plate automatically and is suitable for container , vehicle , shipyard and building industry .   The welding production line consisted of several welding machines can operate several welding work simultaneously with high automation and high production efficiency.

Auto Spraying And Painting Line
The auto painting manufacturing line can according to the size of the painting spray booth/unit deal with one or two TEU or one 2TEU. The line can completely auto paint the outside of container 9'6" or 8'6" high. 

Speifination of the line:
The electrical control part of the painting line uses a PLC computer. The operating system being windows 95.
The painting specific software is easy to operate. The software is in the Chinese and English language,
 which can be easily changed.
The line may be operated by hand or automatic equipment, which increases its reliability.
ACL is very experienced in manufacturing container equipment.
This line equipment is widely used by many container producers.

Roll Forming Manufacture Line
The manufacturing line can roll many kinds of metal sheet. The customer can manufacture workpieces of different shapes by changing the roller die. The line adopts a whole-connecting structure, mechanically driven to allow speed change and increase power smoothly. It can be operated by hand or automatically. The electrical system consists of quality units originating from the USA, Germany or Japan. The line has protective  overload devices installed to prevent the equipment from being damaged.
The line consists of a transmission unit, die supporting unit (die shaft) and sheet uncoiler.
The transmission system: motor-clutch-retarder-output main shaft-chain unit-worm gear retarder-die shaft & bearing (one side fixed, the other side movable to change die)
